The SLPC does not own or administer to an official Facebook page; so therefore, all inquires must be submitted on website OR emailed to association@silverleaf.com

Trash Containers and Pick-up Schedule

SLPC scheduled weekly trash days are on Mondays. If Monday is an official Saint John designated holiday, then the trash pick-up for that week will be on Tuesday. On windy days, please place trash cans by the curb in the morning (to avoid trash blowing around the yards/landscaping) and store containers back by the evening.

Lawn Mowing and Maintenance

Weather permitting, the Lawn Maintenance crew are scheduled for Wednesdays. Please clean up your yards from all debris and animal feces by the prior evening.

Snow Removal

There will be no snow removal in any event less than 2”. In snow events larger than 2”, it must stop snowing before the contractor comes to the site.

Holiday Decorations

Holiday decorations may be installed one week before and after a holiday, with the exception of Christmas decorations which may be installed from the week of Thanksgiving until one week after New Years Day (January 7th)

Building or Property Modification Request

If you would like to submit a request to make changes to your property, or have questions about changes/additions, it must be submitted to and approved by the Architectural Committee of the Board. Please submit your request via this form. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
