The areas known as the Community Areas of Silverleaf consist of our ponds, fountains, entrances, the lighthouse/gazebo, and cul-de-sacs. General maintenance of these areas is maintained by the Estates HOA Board Members. Any inquiries or concerns regarding the community areas can contact SMG Property Management @ 219-741-5211. Please note the parks in our subdivision are property of the Town of St. John. If there are comments or concerns with the local parks, please contact the Town of St. John Parks Department at 219-365-6465 ext.7.
